    14 MAGYAR EGYHÁZ MAGYAR CHURCH IN JUBILANT ACCORD .. . Bishop’s Consecration in Perth Amboy On the beautiful Sunday afternoon of June 16 the Rev. Dezső Abraham, at a solemn service of wor­ship in the Perth Amboy, N. J. church, became the third bishop of the Hungarian Reformed Church in America succeeding the Rt. Rev. Louis Nagy. Before the beginning of the service, Bishop Nagy reopened the General Assembly of the Church which had been adjourned at Trenton, N. J. on February 19, thus setting the official framework for the in­stallation. The congregation which filled the church to capacity was called to worship by the Rev. Tibor Toth, dean of the Western Classis. The Rt. Rev. Alexander Daroczy offered prayers in Hungarian and Bishop Louis Nagy preached on 1. Peter 2:9-10.
